Manager’s Title: – Branch Manager/Administration and Security Manager
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
To facilitate transport for VFT-MFB staff and visitors provide messenger services for the office and maintain vehicle records and keep the vehicle condition in good order.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES; –
• Provide transport to facilitate VFT MFB Branch Operational activities with proper protocol.
• Facilitate transport for staff movement during field work
• Full administrative needs, like office pickups and drop off
• Research and plan for traffic, construction and weather delays
• Use navigation applications to determine the best route for proper time management.
Interact with clients, staff and Management professionally at all times
• Arrange for vehicle repairs on time
• Maintains the vehicle in a clean, good working conditions and takes it to the garage when it is due
• Keep mileage records and repair records up to date
• Prepares vehicle monthly report
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
List education, knowledge & skills, licenses preferred, and all experiences required to perform this position in a fully competent manner.
- Ordinary Level Secondary Education Certificate (minimum requirement)
- Valid Class C Driving License
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment
- Good health condition with a clean bill of health
- High level of integrity, professionalism and loyalty to the employer
